Terms of Service
Last updated: September 24, 2026 · Unofficial Solutions LLC
1. Who we are
Tee Central is a disc golf tournament registration and scoring platform operated by Unofficial Solutions LLC ("Tee Central", "we", "us"). You can reach us at support@teecentral.app.
2. Acceptance of these Terms
By creating an account, registering for an event, or otherwise using Tee Central, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf.
A parent or guardian may register a child for an event from their own account by entering the child's details on the registration form. The account holder is responsible for the accuracy of anything they submit and for the conduct of anyone they register.
4. Your account
You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it current. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that happens under your account. If you lose access to your account or believe it has been used without your permission, contact support@teecentral.app.
5. Roles: players, Tournament Directors, and Tee Central
Accounts are created as either a Player or a Tournament Director ("TD"). TDs run their own events: they set entry fees, divisions, schedules, registration deadlines, refund cutoffs, and event policies, and they receive entry fee payments directly.
Tee Central is the platform that hosts registration, payment, and scoring for those events. We are not the organiser of any event listed on the service, we do not run events, and we are not a party to the agreement between you and a TD. Disputes about how an event is run are between you and the TD.
6. Registration and payment
Payments are processed by Stripe through Stripe Hosted Checkout. Card details are entered on Stripe's payment page and never reach Tee Central servers. TDs receive funds through Stripe Connect.
Before you pay, the registration form shows you a breakdown of what you are being charged: the TD's entry fee, a Tee Central platform fee of $1.84 per registration, and an estimated card processing fee. The processing fee is an estimate and the actual fee may differ for international cards. A registration is confirmed once payment succeeds. Free events do not go through Stripe and carry no fees.
7. Cancellations and refunds
If you cancel a confirmed, paid registration yourself, we automatically issue a refund through Stripe of everything you paid except the $1.84 platform fee, which is non-refundable. Refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days.
That automatic refund applies only within the refund window. If the TD has set a refund cutoff for the event and that cutoff has already passed, your cancellation still goes through but no automatic refund is issued. In that case, and in every other situation — including an event being cancelled, postponed, or changed by the TD — any refund is at the TD's discretion and is issued by the TD through Stripe.
Cancelling may release your spot to the next player on the waitlist. Cancellation is not reversible from your side.
8. Communications
When you register for an event, we send you transactional email about it — registration confirmations, waitlist promotions, tee time notifications, event updates, round status and turnaround notices, results, and announcements from the TD. These are part of the service and are not marketing.
Some email is optional and you choose it: new event alerts for your area, and the weekly digest. You can turn those off in your settings, or ask us to stop by replying to any message or writing to support@teecentral.app.
9. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use another person's account, or register someone without the authority to do so;
- submit false information, including a PDGA number or date of birth that is not your own, to gain an advantage in division eligibility;
- misuse announcements, scorecard messages, or any other messaging feature to harass, spam, or abuse other users;
- collect, scrape, republish, or otherwise misuse other players' personal information that you can see because you are in an event with them or are running one;
- alter scores you are not authorised to alter, or otherwise interfere with the integrity of an event;
- probe, scan, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service or its systems.
10. Content and intellectual property
The Tee Central service, including its software, design, and branding, belongs to Unofficial Solutions LLC. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative works from it.
Content you submit — your profile, registration details, announcements, scores, and messages — remains yours. You grant us the licence we need to host it, display it to the people it is meant for, and operate the service. TDs are responsible for the content of the events and announcements they publish.
11. Third-party data
Tee Central displays PDGA tournament and player data obtained under a PDGA API licence, and attributes it to the PDGA where it appears. That data belongs to the PDGA and is subject to their terms. We do not guarantee its accuracy, completeness, or availability, and it may change or be withdrawn.
Disc golf course information on Tee Central is maintained independently by Tee Central and its contributors. It is not sourced from, endorsed by, or affiliated with the PDGA.
PDGA sanctioning of events is not currently offered through Tee Central. An event being listed here does not make it PDGA-sanctioned.
12. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, or that any information on it — including event details, ratings, divisions, scores, or results — is accurate or complete.
Disc golf is a physical activity carried out in outdoor environments. Tee Central does not organise, supervise, or insure any event, and is not responsible for your safety at one.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Unofficial Solutions LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount of platform fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars. Entry fees are paid to the TD, not to Tee Central.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Unofficial Solutions LLC and its officers and agents from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or the rights of another person, or — if you are a TD — from any event you run through the service.
15. Suspension and termination
You may stop using Tee Central at any time and can ask us to delete your account by writing to support@teecentral.app. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, that we reasonably believe is being used fraudulently, or where we are required to by law. Deleting your account does not automatically refund registrations or remove records a TD needs to run or reconcile an event they already held.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the product changes. The current version and its last updated date are always on this page. If a change is significant, we will make a reasonable effort to tell you. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
17. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. You and Unofficial Solutions LLC agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas for any dispute that is not otherwise resolved.
